1. About Yield Lab

Yield Lab (the "Service") is an analytics platform that surfaces public, on-chain data about decentralized finance (DeFi) liquidity pools, lending markets, and Bitcoin network metrics. It is operated as a software service.

2. No financial, investment, or trading advice

All information on the Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is sourced from public APIs and on-chain reads. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information you find on the Service.

3. Eligibility and prohibited jurisdictions

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to access the Service. You must not access the Service if doing so would violate local law. The Service is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where the offering of crypto-asset information requires authorization the operator does not hold.

4. Accounts

Account creation is handled by a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription ("PRO"). Pricing is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payment is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms.

6. Data accuracy

Data is fetched from public sources (DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, DefiLlama, Coinbase, on-chain RPC providers, and others) and may be stale, incomplete, or incorrect. The Service makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
